At The Dope Studio, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver the dopest experience possible. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ No Return or Refund for Size Issues

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for size-related issues. All product pages have detailed size charts — we strongly recommend checking measurements before placing your order.

The customer is responsible for ordering the correct size.

✅ Return Eligibility – Wrong or Defective Product

We only accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide unboxing videos and clear photos of the issue as proof
    (Proof must clearly show the packaging, shipping label, and the defect or error)

No return/refund request will be accepted without proper unboxing proof.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Email us at customer@thedopestudio.com with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Unboxing video & photos
    • A brief description of the issue
  2. Our support team will verify and guide you through the return process.
  3. If eligible, a replacement or refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Orders placed with incorrect sizes
  • Items without proof of damage/issue
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Worn, washed, or used items
