At The Dope Studio, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver the dopest experience possible. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
β No Return or Refund for Size Issues
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for size-related issues. All product pages have detailed size charts β we strongly recommend checking measurements before placing your order.
The customer is responsible for ordering the correct size.
β Return Eligibility β Wrong or Defective Product
We only accept returns or offer refunds if:
- You received the wrong product, or
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide unboxing videos and clear photos of the issue as proof
(Proof must clearly show the packaging, shipping label, and the defect or error)
No return/refund request will be accepted without proper unboxing proof.

- Your Order ID
- Unboxing video & photos
- A brief description of the issue
- Our support team will verify and guide you through the return process.
- If eligible, a replacement or refund will be initiated within 5β7 business days after receiving the returned product.

- Orders placed with incorrect sizes
- Items without proof of damage/issue
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Worn, washed, or used items
